DELIVERY CONDITIONS FOR INSECT SCREENS:
The following shipping information applies to deliveries to Italy, France, Spain, Netherlands, Germany and Austria.

Our products are usually delivered within two or three weeks. Delivery is free of charge at the moment. Costs related to deliveries to the islands will be applied directly in the check-out phase. Click for more information on the postal codes and additional costs applied.
The transport company, which is in duty of the shipment, will provide the tracking number so that the customer can follow up and verify the delivery status anytime. It is necessary for the customer to keep up with the delivery status in order to assure maximum availability for the reception of the goods.

Online shops are not required to issue electronic invoices. However, if needed for tax purposes or for deductions, the customer can contact us by e-mail immediately after placing and paying for the order, and can provide with the necessary data to issue the invoice, which are: Surname, Name, National Insurance number and a certified email address (if present). The electronic invoice will be issued right after the delivery of the goods to the shipping address indicated during the placing of the order.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS FOR INTERIOR DOORS:
Prices include the shipping costs of an order with a total amount exceeding 511.00 euros from our production site in Italy to the delivery address.
Delivery on the street is included in the price. At least two physically fit persons must accept the delivery. The driver does not have the opportunity to carry the delivery into the house or apartment. The delivery is made by a large truck long 12 metres which must be able to reach the delivery address.
Production and delivery times to the carrier are approximately 9-10 weeks. As soon as the goods are received, the carrier will contact you to communicate the delivery day.

For what concerns delivery of interior doors to Germany:
For all orders with a value over €1500, delivery to the apartment is included in the price.
The room of use must be at least accessible through a wide staircase, which guarantees an easy access for each and every package.
For all orders with a value over €1500, delivery to the street is included in the price. If the customer wishes to have delivery to the apartment also in this case, the customer can select the “Delivery to the apartment” option directly at the checkout by paying a surcharge of €90.
