Vertical Roll-Up Insect Screen

How to cut a dumpster is properly explained at point 2 in the assembly instructions.

In order to calculate the position where the cut needs to be done, it will be necessary to consider the width of the door/window opening and subtract 1,5 cm to this width. (Example: if the width of the window opening is 95 cm, you will cut to 93.5 cm (95-1.5).

In order to make the cut, it will be necessary to measure from the outside of the cap A (already assembled) and cut at the proper point. The thickness of cap A is already considered within the measurement. The cutting side is always indicated by cap B, which is identified by the writing “cutting side”. Before cutting, make always sure that the aluminium profiles are perfectly aligned.

Horizontal Roll-Up Insect Screen with High Bottom Truck

How to cut a dumpster is explained at point 2 in the assembly instructions. In order to calculate the position where to make the cut, it will be necessary to consider the window/door opening heigt (H) and subtract 1,5 cm to this height. Example: if the window opening height measures 230 cm, you will cut to 228,5 cm (230-1,5). In order to make the cut it will be necessary to measure from the outside of cap A (already assembled) and cut at the proper point.

The thickness of cap A is already considered within the measurement. The cutting side is always indicated by cap B, which is identified by the writing “cutting side”. Before cutting, make always sure that the aluminium profiles are perfectly aligned. The handle/bar profile should then be shortened (instructions at point 2b).

Horizontal Roll-Up Insect Screen with Low Bottom Truck

How to cut a dumpster is explained at point 2 in the assembly instructions. In order to calculate the position where to make the cut, it will be necessary to consider the window/door opening heigt (H) and subtract 1,5 cm to this height. Example: if the window opening height measures 230 cm, you will cut to 228,5 cm (230-1,5).
